Dunlop 5 String Bass Guitar Strings
Bass players demand consistency, durability and versatility from their strings. Dunlop delivers. Dunlop Bass Strings offer traditionalists, slappers, and pickwielding rockers cutting midrange, wide bottom end and a growl that will cut through any band. Carefully selected core-to-wrap ratios yield low tension strings with an extremely long life, and minimal break-in time. Each set is exceptionally well balanced string-to-string, and provides an amazing amount of dynamic range. Dunlop Bass Strings are available in warm and rich sounding nickel-plated steel and punchy and bright stainless steel in all popular and custom gauges.
The next time you open up a pack of Dunlop guitar or bass strings, you will notice we’ve done away with the plastic bag and desiccant pack in favor of new VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) paper envelopes. These envelopes have VCI technology built into the paper itself, creating a barrier of protection around the string and keeping out moisture and rust. VCI is invisible and leaves no trace on the string. Dunlop Strings come out of the package as fresh as the day they were made.
